Identifying Potential Impacts

An important focus during WHS consultation is identifying potential impacts in collaboration with workers, enabling us to proactively explore appropriate control measures together before making final decisions.

If a decision is made to proceed with the project, further WHS consultation would be conducted, with ongoing input from workers playing a critical role.

Any change introduces uncertainty — and with that, potential new risks. By engaging early, we can better understand these risks, ensure they’re clearly identified, and work together to shape safe and practical solutions.
